Returning ULTA.com Purchases
ULTA is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it to our fulfillment center for a refund or you can visit one of our retail locations for an exchange or in-store credit.
- Products must be returned within 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on ULTA.com. An ULTA Gift Card will be issued for returns of products after 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip.
- Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund to the payment method used on ULTA.com. An ULTA gift card will be issued on a return not accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
- The packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
- Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by ULTA.
- In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
To return a product to the ULTA.com fulfillment center
For your convenience, a return mailing label has been included with your order. Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to:

ULTA cannot accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURN PRODUCTS TO ULTA BY GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS – Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.
If you return products to the ULTA.com fulfillment center, you can check your order status online at any time to see if we've received and processed it. Click on Login/Create Account in the top menu bar and Login to your account, then choose Order Status from the menu on the left hand side. You may also Contact Us to check on the return status, please have your order number available.
ULTA will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

In-Store Returns
Return Policy
If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, the purchase may be returned. Original credit cards need to accompany receipts for credit card credits. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE RECEIPT AND ALL ORIGINAL COMPONENTS.
Refund
Except as described below, a full refund will be issued on a return, provided that the return is made within 60 days of original purchase date.
A full refund will be issued on a return that included a FREE product or a FREE gift, only if the return is made within 60 days of original purchase date, and the FREE gift accompanies the return.
Store Credit
- A store credit will be issued on a return, providing the return is accompanied by a Gift Receipt, or if the return is for a product that included a FREE product or FREE and is not accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
- A store credit will be issued on any return made after 60 days of original purchase date.
Returned Check Policy
A service fee will be added for any check returned unpaid by the bank. In accordance with State law, NSF Checks may be submitted to your bank electronically. A 10-day waiting period is required for refunds on personal checks.
Coupon Reward Certificates
Coupon / Reward Certificates need to be presented at time of purchase and within the specified dates. Expired Coupon / Reward Certificates will not be accepted. Prior purchases do not qualify for use with coupon / reward certificates.
ULTAmate Rewards Members
Upon return of any product on which you earned ULTAmate Rewards points, your ULTAmate Rewards account will be reduced by the number of points previously earned on that purchase.
If the return will cause your ULTAmate Rewards account to have a negative point balance, a store credit will be issued on the return regardless of your original form of payment.

Change my address
If you are already a registered user at www.ULTA.com, click on Login/Create Account in the top menu bar and login to your account. Select "Edit My Information"; make the necessary changes and select Save. This will update your ULTA.com account and your ULTA Rewards program account if your ULTA card Member Number is registered here.
If you do not have an online ULTA.com account but you have an ULTA Club card, click on Login/Create Account in the top menu bar and register for a new online account and include your Member Number from your Club Card.
It will take approximately 2 months for mailings to come to the new address.

Ulta Refill Reminder Program
How does Ulta Refill Reminder work?
On the product detail page and as part of your order confirmation we'll show you which products are eligible for the email reminder program.
On the product detail page, you'll be able to select a product for a reminder email, and tell us when you'd like to receive a reminder email. Once you submit your request, we'll ask you to login into your Ulta.com account. You'll be asked to confirm your enrollment, and make any additional changes to your reminder schedule.
You can also place an Ulta.com order, open your email confirmation and select the eligible products you'd like be reminded about. Once you submit your request, we'll ask you to login into your Ulta.com account. You'll be asked to confirm your enrollment, and make any additional changes to your reminder schedule.
Enrollment in the FREE Ulta Refill Reminder Program is that simple!
Can I cancel an Ulta Refill Reminder?
You can deactivate your refill reminder at any time. Simply login, go to My Account then select My Reminders. Then select the reminder to deactivate.
Where do I manage my Ulta Refill Reminders?
You can manage your refill reminder at any time. Simply login, go to My Account, then select My Reminders. There you will be able to make changes to your refill reminder, deactivate a current reminder or reactivate an old reminder. Best of all, you can also change each reminder to suit your many needs.
